Formatting in Comments

Thanks to the amazing Robyn, there are now nifty little buttons in the comments template so that you can bold, italicize, underline, and turn URLs into links to your little heart's content. Enjoy!

It doesn't work for me, so I can't say if it does this or not, but if possible wouldn't it be more semantically meaning full to use STRONG instead of B and EM instead of I? Just a thought.
