The Return of The Gold Box

I haven't done one of these for a while, so I thought I'd post my Amazon.com Gold Box Offers for today.

.: NEC-Mitsubishi MultiSync LCD1550V-BK 15" LCD Monitor (Black): nice monitor, but I already have a nineteen inch, so not interested.

.: Oregon Scientific RGR122 Cable Free Long Range Rain Gauge: okay, I guess this is kind of neat, but why would you need it unless you're a meterologist?

.: Henckels Pro S 9-Piece High Carbon Stainless Steel Knife Set with Block: wow. A list price of $550 for some knives. Seems excessive unless you're a cook.

.: Critter Cape-Pink Flamingo: I personally find this very creepy. Why would you wrap your baby in this?

.: Midland G-28 GMRS Radio with NiMH Batteries and Wall Charger : I just don't need one of these. Pass.

.: Lodge 12-Inch Cast Iron Skillet: $9.00 for a skillet. Sounds like a deal to me.

.: AudioSource LS100 50 Watt Indoor/Outdoor Speakers: Steven already has some kick-ass Klipsh speakers in the house and we don't have a yard, so I'm going to pass.

.: Cuisinart ICE-20 1-1/2-Quart Automatic Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt & Sorbet Maker, White: now this looks cool (pardon the pun). To make homemade ice cream, you don't even need salt or ice! It even has an opening to put toppings in. If I was in the market for one of these, I'd snap this baby up.

.: Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus Game: this looks okay, I guess, but I'm not all that interested.

.: AeroBed 04122 Pillowtop Full Size Inflatable Bed: Steven bought an air matress a few years ago when we had a house guest, so no need for this for us.
