Blogging News?

I remember everyone talking about a site that was going to be kind of a news page for bloggers (stuff like "I've moved to a new domain"), but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was called. Anyone remember?

Is Blogroots http://www.blogroots.com/ ("This blog tracks news in, around, and about the weblog world") what you are looking for?

They also host "BlogPopuli" http://www.blogroots.com/blogpopuli.blog which "aggregates posts about weblogs using Trackback."
