Swappingtons Part II

I just made my first swap at The Swappingtons! I've got 24 points to spend however I wish. ~rubs hands in glee~ I think I'll spend tonight listing all those VHS tapes that are laying about the house.

If you want to see what I have up for trade, you can just click here.

I said you recommended me.. did you get the points for that? ACK! I asked a question! *giggle*

I just signed up and listed a few things...enjoy four more points!

Also...that Twin Peaks tape will be going into the mail tomorrow. I forgot all about the holiday today, and the post offices are closed! You should have it by the end of the week, however! :-)

Swappingtons is going to be huge. I'd bet 100 points that Andrew is going to need a server farm before the year is out (more likely, he'll hit the ceiling of what he can afford to host for free - ouch).

BTW, you listed your "Toy Story" DVD under the VHS category. Might want to fix that.

ok, ok, I signed up and put you as my referrer. Guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend! :)

Some people find the point system at swappingtons suspect. You can make straight trades at www.swaparoo.com for a similar experience without the confusion.

But what is annoying about a site like swaparoo is that you have to have something to swap with someone who you want something from. How likely is that?

http://www.swagster.com is very similar to swapingtons and swaparoo, however, I find it to be much more straightforward than both. it's free too, and doesn't have any BS about points and shipping systems.
