Take one chopped beef barbeque sandwich add $100 in TiVo rebates and three workout mix CDs in the mailbox add Survivor on the TiVo and Brotherhood of the Wolf on DVD and finally, add antibiotics so you finally feel human and you have a recipe for happiness, ladies and gentlemen!
