I'm out of here shortly for a night on the town. I just weighed myself and I am down to 142 pounds (no wonder my pants are basically falling off of me!). That's like a thirty pound loss that I've had since November. Damn, I look good!

Congrats on the weight loss. Nothing else boosts your self esteem like that does. I am just focusing on maintaining my current weight until after the holidays (I haven't gained one pound and I am thrilled about that).
I will get back on the weight loss track after the New Year.
