I agree with the motto and agree that you should dispute the charges. Geocities definitely should have notified you about the billing. I hope you don't have to pay the bill, but thank you for reminding me that I need to cancel the extra charges on my old website, complete with animated gifs and the horrors that are initial web-design. I'm embarrassed that thing is still out there. Hope all ends up ok... And indeed, fuck those dudes.
