A Day At The Zoo
I was browsing the group photolog, Common Threads, when I came across Lara's fabulous pictures of her day at the zoo. Go look at her baby llama picture - it is just priceless!

A Sweet Treat!
Trish sent me a cookie from The Cookie Bouquet today because I've been such a good friend to her. It's even got fish on it! It was so sweet and such a surprise. :-) Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Monday Mission 2.17
Here's PromoGuy's Monday Mission 2.17:
1. When was the last time you pampered yourself?
The Friday before we left for Vegas I went to a snazzy little day spa and got a massage. I have some gift certificates that Trish gave me to a day spa down by The Galleria. We're going to try and go together next month.
2. When was the last time someone pampered you?
Steven pampers me all the time, when you really think about it. He cooks me dinner and rubs my feet. He's so good to me. :-)
3. Describe the last time you recall really feeling loved (other than from children or pets).
While Steven and I were on vacation. On vacation Steven becomes super relaxed and affectionate and it always makes me feel just completely adored.
4. Has your use of the computer ever caused any arguments? What's the story there?
Never really causes any arguments, but he was yelling from the bed last night at 2:45 in the morning, "Come to bed! You'll never get up in the morning!"
5. What's the most embarrassing thing your Mom ever did?
I can't really remember anything. I'm sure there was the typical mom-stuff like wiping your face with her napkin, but nothing really comes to mind. Or maybe it's because my mom is super cool.
6. I've met some adults who've never learned to swim, and others who never learned how to ride a bike.. Is there anything that you never learned as a child that you probably should have?
I've never learned to swim, sadly enough. I could probably dog paddle and that's about it.
7. I have no idea who said it (and I spent all of two minutes trying to research it), but "someone" once said, a picture is worth a thousand words. Post an image that says more than words. Or instead, describe a picture you recall which touched your heart.
It may be trite, but the Flash movie that was made as a tribute to the people killed in the September 11th attacks with Enya's "Only Time" touched my heart and said more than any words ever could about that day.
BONUS: What's love got to do with it?
Got to do with it. What's love but a second-hand emotion?

My Mom - The Winner
I forgot to mention, but my mom won $500 in a random drawing for a survey she did last Friday. Go, Mom! Aren't you glad I introduced you to the world of online surveys?

Actually, we do fairly good with these things. I've won a $500 drawing before and several for $100 or $50. I do tons of them all the time for anywhere from $5 to $20. I love doing focus groups and surveys online!

So, I've Decided To Be
Thanks to the fabulous Evil Plan Generator, I have concocted my very own evil plan to take over the world!
Congratulations on being the creator of a new Evil Plan™!
Your objective is simple: World Domination.
Your motive is a little bit more complex: Evil - It's my nature
Stage One
To begin your plan, you must first seduce a rich and powerful ceo. This will cause the world to sit up and take notice, stunned by your arrival. Who is this unholy menace? Where did they come from? And why do they look so good in classic black?
Stage Two
Next, you will seize control of Fort Knox. This will cause countless hordes of computer programmers to flock to you, begging to do your every bidding. Your name will become synonymous with sheer dementedness, as lesser men whisper your name in terror.
Stage Three
Finally, you will activate your plague of doom, bringing about the dead rising from the grave. This will all be done from a Underground Secret Headquarters of Doom, an excellent choice if we might say.
These three deeds will herald the end, and the citizens of this planet will have no choice but to elect you their new god.
Trust us, it'll all come together in the end.
